Robert Mueller was the director of the FBI when Hillary’s Uranium One scheme was being hatched, the scheme of which Mueller was aware by informant William D. Campbell yet Mueller failed to report the monkey-business to Congress as required of the FBI director, so he obviously was in-on-the-scheme.
