It looks like Rod Rosenstein is going to holdout ’til the bitter end, so it’s better that Congress impeach him than president Trump fire him so that Congress’s function as the overseer of the Executive Branch in which Rosenstein serves be manifested to keep Trump out of the mess while emphasizing the nature of our three co-equal branches of government.
