Recall that after telling the world all the reasons Hillary should have been indicted, rather than calling her behavior gross negligence which legally would’ve triggered a grand jury against her, James Comey instead called her behavior “extreme carelessness,” to let her off the hook, so keep in mind that all of those transgressions are still to prosecute, hence the chants at Trump’s rallies to “lock her up.”
