Bill de Blasio was talking-out-of both-sides-of-his-mouth on Morning Joe today, saying that at least 300 of the children from the border are in foster homes in NYC, and also saying that we have no idea where the kids are being taken; fishy. How did those kids get sucked into foster homes so quickly?
