Without bigger majorities in both houses of Congress (particularly in the Senate), the Republicans will have a very hard time achieving president Trump’s Four Pillars Plan for immigration, because politics really is not about compromise, it’s about gaining dominance to achieve such as the Four Pillars Plan which is impossible without enough constitutional nationalists in Congress.
