Ted Cruz at the Senate hearing today asked FBI director Christopher Wray whether James Comey was lying by saying he didn’t know about leaks to the media or Andrew McCabe was in saying that Comey did know, the answer Wray declined to offer because reportedly the DoJ has opened an investigation into Comey’s leaking which prompted the appointment of Robert Mueller to special counsel.
