The magnificent Pelasgian megalithic ruins submerged in the Black Sea near Anapa, Russia, were built by progeny of Peleg, who was a son of Heber the namesake of Iberia, an ancient kingdom of the eastern Black Sea region where the ancient Kartvellian language is often linked to the Basque language of the Iberian peninsula (also named for Heber).
