Just as the Republicans in Congress are investigating ObamaGate to refer criminal charges to the Justice Department, so too could members of Congress, even led by the minority Democrats, do research of their own to make public if of importance. Presidents can be removed from office by only impeachment, by the U. S. Congress, so the Justice Department should be waiting for criminal referrals, based on real information, as have the Republicans given, the Democrats with no evidence of conspiracy to refer.
