Does Trey Gowdy Think It Good That Deep State Planted Hillary-Dirt Story so Papadopoulos Would Blab It?

Alexander Downer first said the drunken George Papadopoulos told him the Trump campaign had some of Hillary’s emails, but later Downer (great name!) said it was just dirt (not necessarily the emails), so why did he change his story, isn’t that odd?
