Be sure to checkout the photos and videos from the magnificent citadel stone fortress city Perperikon on a hill in the eastern Rodopi mountains of southern Bulgaria, above the gold-bearing Perperikon river which flows into the Maritsa river (anciently known as the Hebros for Peleg’s father Heber) then on into the Aegean sea just to the west of the Dardanelle strait. Perperikon was built by the Thracians (progeny of Japheth’s son Tiras) who produced some of the greatest metalwork in the ancient world, during the Ice Age, much of that great metalwork found in the museums of Bulgaria.
