Almost certainly provable is that Rod Rosenstein knew the Golden Shower Dossier was bogus when he applied for the FISA warrant against Carter Page, having used the Dossier as the predicate, so with that cloud hanging over Rosenstein’s work as overseer of special counsel Robert Mueller (who didn’t report Hillary’s Uranium One deal to Congress when he was FBI director), the Freedom Caucus in the House has written articles of impeachment against Rosenstein, which certainly will be a rallying cry for the Republicans going into the midterm elections.
