The U. S. Senate has declined to pass legislation protecting Robert Mueller from being fired by Trump, and attorney general Jeff Sessions said yesterday that it’s time for Mueller to conclude his work as special counsel, so the pressure is building on Mueller to show something or call-it-a-day.
