All the earmarks of a bronze age city characterize the submerged ruins in Kiladha Bay, which during the Ice Age was a coastal valley, no doubt with a stream running through it. The submerged ruins occupy an area of about ten football fields, the city which had defensive towers along its walls enclosing typical bronze age housing, proof that the Ice Age ended actually circa 1500 b. c.
