President Trump tonight (Friday), having decided to maintain the U. S. presence on the Syrian/Iraqi border, and too saying that Assad must be punished, announced from the White House that the U. S., France, and Britain are now attacking Syrian government facilities, the president very specific that he’s going after Syrians not Russians, though he hopes that the Russians will finally fulfill their promise to make sure Assad never again would use chemical weapons.
