This morning (Thursday), deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein met with president Trump at the White House, but in the afternoon, Rosenstein didn’t show-up for a ceremony at the DoJ where he was program-listed to introduce Jeff Sessions, so Rosenstein may have been having an emotional crisis.
