Fox News is reporting that 11 Russian navy ships at the port of Tartus in Syria have departed, only one submarine left, so president Trump is certainly unpredictable to Putin, not knowing when or where the U. S. military may strike. Perhaps with a few more tweets, the entire Russian presence in Syria will go home, which would leave only the Iranians who also are pariahs on the world stage.
