The southern border is essentially wall-free so millions of illegal aliens have poured-in, an unknown percentage of whom having malevolent intent, so the border wall will certainly serve national defense very well, but Joe Scarborough says keeping bad actors out is not in the interest of national defense, so is the global socialist Joe on the Mexican payroll or that of George Soros?
