A voter recount is in-the-works for the Congressional election between Rick Saccone and Conor Lamb, too close to call with absentee ballots to count and Sandra Smith reported voting machine irregularities favoring Lamb indicated in Allegheny county, then said “oh it must be for Saccone” as the story unfolds.
