Illustrating the impropriety of the selection of Robert Mueller to special counsel (by Jeff Sessions) is that when Mueller led the FBI, he didn’t report the Uranium One scandal to Congress as required, so Mueller will be rightly viewed a conspirator for Hillary by a new special counsel, much needed clearly.
