North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un has agreed to discuss with president Trump the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula, which presumably would include inspections by U. S. officials, so Kim is either playing a very dangerous public relations game (if he’s not really serious) or he sees that cooperation in peace for economic development is far superior to agitation and warfare in poverty.
