When the FBI director James Comey briefed the new president Trump upon his inauguration in January 2017, he told Trump that the crazy Golden Shower Dossier from Christopher Steele was salacious and unverified, yet three months previously it had been used as the predicate to obtain the FISA warrants, so Comey certainly should be investigated by the DoJ.
