If Parents of Florida High School Kids Didn’t Know About Nikolas Cruz Then Why Didn’t They by No Communication?

Did the dozens (or hundreds) of kids who knew the threatening behavior of Nikolas Cruz before the massacre not tell any of their parents? And if they did, what steps did the parents take?
