Crazed artist Kehinde Wiley who painted the portrait of Obama unveiled yesterday has painted other pictures using the same lush vegetation as the backdrop, of black women holding the heads of white women by the hair, so what is Obama telegraphing by his selection of that artist among hundreds if not thousands who could have done the job? One could surmise that Wiley and Obama have embraced the darwinian notion that blacks in Africa were the first humans who now are regaining their supposed preeminence, which would be a strange notion considering that according to Darwin, Europeans are further evolved than black Africans, so perhaps Obama and Wiley should think this thing through.
