If/when liberal chain migration will be ended, there certainly will be less demand overseas to come to the U. S. for citizenship, yet the type of people we want, productive and eager to assimilate into the American culture, would still want to immigrate into the U. S., because they will earn the money to help their extended families back home, less likely to be on the government dole.
