S. district court judge who may decide the legal issues about private land rights concerning the border wall is Gonzalo Curiel, the La Raza (racist) advocate whom Trump called out for his bias in his decision against Trump’s restrictions on travel from certain countries, so unless Curiel has an epiphany, those cases which he decides will have to be taken to the Supreme Court.
