The seafaring Canaanites (Sidonians) who founded Atlantis (Atlas was a grandson of Canaan) over a millennium later taught the Hebrews led by king Solomon the trade routes to the old mines of Atlantis, then named among them the Minas del Rey Salomon, and to Ophir near the Strait of Malacca, Ophir who was a grandson of Heber and brother of Peleg, apparently a seafarer like his brother.
