As director of the FBI during Obama’s administration, Robert Mueller was obligated to report to Congress any pending business deals sensitive to U. S. security which were under FBI scrutiny for criminal wrongdoing, among them the Uranium One deal’s players infiltrated by FBI agents but not reported to Congress, hence Mueller could be judged complicit in Hillary’s shenanigans through the Uranium One deal which brought millions of dollars into the coffers of the Clinton Foundation, so special counsel Mueller would be a suspect in an investigation by a special counsel appointed to look into Team Hillary’s numerous transgressions in cooperation with Team Obama.
