When the FBI infiltrated the Uranium One operation back when Robert Mueller was director of the FBI, the agency didn’t report to Congress the scam being planned to benefit the Clinton Foundation so that the deal was completed, the Clinton Foundation paid-off, so Trump can certainly fire Mueller for this reason alone without much political repercussion.
