While it may be true that eighty percent of voters would like to see accommodation made for the DACA people, it’s equally true that roughly the same percentage want immigration control, border security by the wall, and the end to chain migration plus shutting down the diversity lottery, so to please the eighty percent, Congress needs to legislate all these matters, all of these stipulated by president Trump.
