During the amazing televised back-and-forth today between president Trump and the twenty or so congresspersons from both parties at the table negotiating the DACA deal, Trump artfully applied the leverage needed that border security and the end of chain migration are required, and too as a carrot, that if a deal is done, then amnesty can be discussed next.
