Charles Darwin went to some buddies in the field of geology to come up with millions of years so that his “theory” would seem more plausible, and they came up with the scheme that thin sedimentary layers took thousands of years to accumulate their substance, millions of years in aggregate, what is called the uniformitarian timeline, taught in most churches as what the book of Genesis indicates, so why would a seeker go to such as church while the seeker wants to hear why the book of Genesis is authentic history, as it reads, not as the darwinists wish that it would?
