President Trump seems to have telegraphed that he wants DACA amnesty to pass by saying a few days ago that many Latinos will soon fall in love with him, so for that to happen and Trump to strongly retain his base of support, the bill for Congress to pass must include the wall and the end of chain migration, probably too a reduction of legal immigrants admitted every year.
