Steve Bannon may have forgotten about a written confidentiality and non-disparagement agreement with Team Trump signed upon his employment during the campaign by which Trump’s lawyers are now threatening to sue Bannon over his clearly disparaging remarks about Trump and his family, so if that agreement is real, Bannon wouldn’t seem to have a defense at all.
