President Trump’s lawyers on Dec. 29th filed a countersuit to a claim (by ex Obama administrators) that Team Trump conspired with WikiLeaks to harm candidate Hillary Clinton using information stolen, the countersuit stating that neither WikiLeaks nor Team Trump stole the information, merely having made it public, which is legal according to the Bartnicki vs. Vopper First Amendment Case, that the information though stolen, if of public import, can be published.
