By the Republicans’ tax bill recently passed and signed by president Trump, only the big leftist states such as New York and California are hurt, by the reduction of the deductibility of their very high state taxes, those big leftist states which these days always vote Democrat, so electorally the Republicans have lost nothing, yet perhaps those leftist states will reduce the size of their ridiculously large state government bureaucracies to become reliably red states for Trump and Tea Party principles.
