If there really is evidence of voter fraud which Roy Moore says cost him the election, such as perhaps thousands bussed in from out of state then allowed to vote, then the lack of investigation into this, particularly by the Republican operatives in the state, would indicate that the Deep State is ruling even in deep south Alabama, at the state level no less.
