Seba or Saba (and Shiva?) was a son of Kush, the ancient city Saba on the upper Blue Nile named for him, as well the Sabaeans, Kushites who intermarried with progeny of the Semite Joktan’s son Sheba so that the names Sheba and Saba are used in Yemen as well in Ethiopia for that ancient kingdom from where came the Queen of Sheba to king David, about twelve hundred years after the Tower of Babel.
