Everybody in Alabama knows that a vote for a Republican write-in candidate on Tuesday is a vote for Democrat Doug Jones, so Republican senator Richard Shelby effectively voted for Jones by his write-in vote for some “prominent unnamed Republican” in Alabama, Shelby’s deceit (to elect the Democrat) proven by that Shelby hasn’t named the person whom he wrote-in on his early ballot.
