Despite heavy rainfall in northern Virginia yesterday, the Deep State voters of the D. C. bureaucracies turned out in droves to elect Democrat Ralph Northam for the governorship of Virginia, which was really do-or-die for the Deep State people in resistance to Trump, the Tea Party at their doorstep.
