Everybody probably knows who is Tom Steyer now after his political ad against Trump has aired probably hundreds of times already on various networks, so although a billionaire, you might expect that Steyer is getting discounted ad rates from the networks who all agree with his position against Trump, which we suppose would be legal but odd for a supposedly profit motivated enterprise.
