California may have reached the tipping point by its socialistic and open border policies to cause the majority of the latino U. S. citizens there to vote Republican in upcoming elections, so if the illegal votes (perhaps three million in the last election) in California will be greatly reduced, very conceivable is that Trump will take the state in 2020.
