What was Then President Obama’s Purpose in Honoring Bowe Bergdahl by Rose Garden Ceremony Now Convicted?

By most of the same evidence used to convict Bowe Berdahl, president Obama saw fit to honor him with a Rose Garden ceremony, very strange indeed.
