Of course liberty is a good thing, unless people begin to feel liberty to for instance steal and kill, so while a liberal society (of liberty) is the ideal, it requires citizenry by-and-large morally upright, by the study and embrace of the Word, this which allows a society to function in liberty, with charity, so that the bureaucracies of socialism can be thrown off.
