The event which will probably prompt the beginning of the Tribulation period is the war prophesied in Ezekiel 38 & 39, where Turkey (Togarmah) allied with Russia (Gog, Magog, Meschech, and Tubal plus Gomer), Iran (Persia), Sudan/Ethiopia (Kush), and Libya (Put) will attack and be crushed by Israel. So it’s important that the U. S. be on the right side, because Elohim says that friends of Israel are His friends.
