Even secular textbooks about ancient Greece equate the Ionians with Javan (Iawan), the greek god Ion his deification, but they don’t equate the Pelasgians with Peleg (albanian Pelazg) in the line of Shem, nor the Hellenes named for Elisha (a son of Javan), said to have been Hellen supposedly a son of Deucalion (Noah) yet in reality his great grandson (Javan a grandson of Noah). Greece was named after the Ice Age had ended by probably the Etruscans for the Graikos tribe who had settled in Italy, having come from where the Etruscans and later the Romans began to call Greece.
