The Democrats should have no say about any gun legislation because they are the minority in both houses of Congress, so this will be a test for the purple-tie establishment-type Republicans who may be tempted to adopt Democrat requests for gun legislation which will come in the wake of the Las Vegas tragedy, legislation which could rightfully be a ban on bump stocks which make semi-automatic rifles rapid fire like machine guns.
