Job lived in the land of Uz (Uzbekistan) about ten generations after Noah’s Flood, legendary Job who wrote about Behemoth (clearly a dinosaur with “a tail like a cedar tree”) in the Jordan river in the land of Canaan (later Israel), so how did Job know about a huge creature in the Jordan river so far away? Uz was a son of Aram, the Aramaeans who apparently first settled north of Canaan then all the way to Uz (with Hul/Golestan, Mash/Mashabad, and Gather/Gathar in between, so Job’s kinsmen could have passed the word about the creature, or even Job having been there, a rich man no doubt engaged in trade.
