Chicago has strict gun control laws, see what it’s gotten them? It’s proof positive of what everybody already knows, that criminals don’t follow the law, it’s why they’re called criminals. So if semi-automatic weapons were made illegal, would that keep them out of criminals hands? Now considering all this, shouldn’t necessary self-defense for law-abiding citizens be the prime concern of lawmakers not laws which would take away the right of law-abiding citizens to effectively defend themselves?
