Rick Vasquez of the ATF signed off on the ok of bump stocks back in 2010 saying that they’re just goofy little doodads for wannabe ninjas who are laughed at while practicing at the shooting range, now seeing that bump stocks were used for much more than a shooting range in the Las Vegas massacre, perhaps Vasquez’s analysis should be revisited.
