Trying to explain conservative Roy Moore’s victory over president Trump’s candidate Luther Strange in Alabama, the talking heads on the tube are saying that Trump has lost control of his base, but the truth of the matter is that the base, to some degree, has lost control of Trump, yet the Tea Party begun in 2010 rolls on, with or without the president’s support.
